- THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE EFFORT FOR HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL, ALBUQUERQUE, NM. This contract procurement action requires that the proposed contractor, Honeywell International, Inc. provide additional engineering/software services support for the continued design, development, integration, testing and qualification, delivery and support for the upgrade and enhancement of the CDS4 IMCPU to the CDS5 configuration. This additional support is required for on-going efforts and due to the fact that the current contract period of performance is being extended from December 2012 to December 2015. The contractor will be required to provide for: (1) increased support for Common Items such as Program Management, Technical Management, Configuration Management/Data Management, Quality Management, and Hardware; (2) Stability Control Augmentation System Flight Testing gain changes; (3) wiring harness and qualification changes; (4) Data Storage System deltas; (5) customer directed changes; and (6) additional software builds to sustain the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior aircraft fleet through December 2015.
