- This procurement will be issued 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) through commercial acquisition procedures conducted under FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program. Only offers from SDVOSB concerns will be considered for award. Offerors may be required to provide information to demonstrate that at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance will be spent for employees of the SDVOSB concern or of other SDVOSB concerns. The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System is issuing a solicitation for Valet Parking and Shuttle Bus Services for their Biloxi Campus for the period of May 1, 2011 through September 30, 2011, with three (3) each 6-month option periods. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 812930, with a size standard of $35.5M. The solicitation will be issued on or around March 22, 2011. Potential offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation VA-256-11-RP-0337 documents on-line at the Federal Business Opportunities website www.fedbizops.gov.
