- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific), issolicitingproposals in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 35.016, forbasic research, applied research and advanced research (hereinafter referred toas research) in areas relating to the advancement of Command, Control,Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance(C4ISR) capabilities, enabling technologies for Information Operations andCyber Operations, and Information Technology systems. This BAA is forprocurement contracts only. Grants, assistance vehicles, and othertransactionsare not authorized under this announcement. Proposed research shouldinvestigate unique and innovative approaches for defining and developing nextgeneration integratable C4ISR capabilities and command suites.
