- Government Responses to Vendor Questions Revised Attachment 3, Price Evaluation Matrix in accordance with Amendment 00002 Revised Attachment 2a, Technical Compliance Matrix: Video in accordance with Amendment 00002 Revised RFP in accordance with Amendment 00002 Signed SF 30 for Amendment 00002 This notice incorporates Amendment 00002. The text of the modification is below. Please also see the amendment itself which is attached. Thank you, Carrie Herndon, Contracting Officer. The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1. To provide answers to vendor questions; 2. To incorporate the corresponding changes to the RFP and attachments as a result of the vendor questions. Attached are: * The revised RFP, * Attachment 2a, * Attachment 3, and * Responses to Vendor Questions. The RFP attachments that have not been revised are not included with this amendment. The attachments included with this amendment are provided using track changes. 3. Any proposals received by the Government before Amendment 00001 was posted on March 14, 2011 and before Amendment 00002 was posted March 16, 2011 will remain sealed and unopened and within the custody of the Contracting Officer. Offerors that have submitted proposals prior to the issuance of Amendment 00002 on March 16, 2011 may resubmit their proposals. If a hardcopy was received, the offeror is encouraged to resubmit a new proposal to reflect any changes resulting from the amendments. If an e-mail copy was received, the offeror is encouraged to submit a new, updated e-mail copy. For CD copies, we request that the offeror submit an updated CD copy. The Contracting Officer will ensure the proposals recieved by the Government before Amendment 00001 was posted on March 14, 2011 and before Amendment 00002 was posted March 16, 2011 are properly destroyed.
