- Brand Name Justification PWS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-49. The solicitation reference number is F4AT831013A001. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 811212. The business size standard is $25,000,000. This request for quotation is for the Quantum Rapid Exchange hardware/software maintenance and repair for two Quantum Super Loader 3 Tape Libraries for one year. CLIN 0001: (Qty 2 Ea) 1 year Quantum Harware/Software Maintenance and Repair for Super Loader 3 Tape Library (specifications below) Rapid Exchange Support for two Quantum Super loader 3 Tape Libraries • Remote Problem Diagnosis and support • 24/7 access to online resources • Rapid exchange of a Quantum product or party, within two business days **Please note that this is a Brand Name Requirement, see the attached Brand Name Justification. ***See attached Performance Work Statement for more detailed specifications to the requirement.
