- This amendment is to clarify the requirement for laboratory testing for IH services. The Denver Federal Center has a NVLAP certified laboratory on-site which the winning Contractor may access for samples taken in the Denver area only. Costs for the laboratory samples will be billed directly to GSA under their current agreement with Federal Occupational Health. Accordingly, interested Contractors need not budget for this expense. The on-site laboratory is able to provide real time analysis via PCM, PLM, and TEM methods.
