- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a full and open competition basis: a) Model Year 2011 Seadoo GTX 155, QTY: 4; b) Zieman J1 galvanized trailer with 14 inch wheels, QTY: 4. Complete details will be available in the solicitation. Due to previous testing and the development of hardware built specifically for use on these particular items, no other brand/model is/will be considered technically acceptable. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
