- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY! OFFERS OR QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS NOTICE. THIS IS NOT A PRE-SOLICITATION. Interested vendors are requested to respond to the primary point of contact by e-mail with the following. 1. Company Name, 2. Small Business status and DUNS number 3. Relevant work experience with similar work. 4. Ability to provide supplies by 20 May 2011. DESCRIPTION OF WORK : This work involves supplying three (3) tons of oats and ten (10) tons of fertilizer (20-20-10-10S) (Nitrogen-Phosphorous-Potassium-Sulfur) "Super Sacks" with lifting bridles for ease of off loading of each item to Chena River Project at North Pole, Alaska. Delivery of the seed and fertilizer is required no later than 20 May 2011 to ensure delivery before the planting window at the Chena River Project Office, North Pole, AK.
