- Attachment 2-2 to SF1449 - Periodic Surveillance Attachment 2-1 to SF1449 - Performance Plan (PP) Attachment 1 to SF1449 - Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS) SF Form 1449 - FA520911T0084 Notice to Offeror The Contractor shall transport bulk petroleum products by the Contractor's trucks as set forth in Schedule of Supplies/Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract and applicable Government of Japan (GOJ) laws and trade practices. The areas of performance shall be between Hakozaki, Tsurumi Fuel Terminal and Misawa AB, Japan. The Contractor will transport MUM (MOGAS) and Diesel (FJ1). Types of Vehicles are POL tank trucks for the transportation of MUM (MOGAS) and Diesel (FJ1), with loading capacity no less than 12 KL. Award will be made to the offeror whose offer represents the best value to the U.S. Government considering the evaluation factors stated in the solicitation as attached. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
