- Description
- The PM JCTI-G and US Army Tank and Automotive Research, Development, and Engineering Center (TARDEC) are conducting a market survey to determine the level of interest among qualified contractors to provide low emissivity tape to the US Army. The tape being sought shall meet or exceed the specification described within Specification Control Drawing No. 19202-11752013, dated 94-03-22, however the specification cannot be released to industry in support of this market survey due to the security classification of JCIMS technology. The government is thus soliciting survey responses from commercial vendors whom manufacture and or distribute low emissivity tape that, when applied to CIPs, can perform the function described within the 'Background' section above.
