- The Army Contracting Command - National Capital Region (ACC - NCR), on behalf of the US Army Research Institute (ARI) for the Behavioral and Social Sciences intends to award a sole-source four-month extension contract modification in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contractor is The Consortium of Universities of the Washington Metropolitan Area (The Consortium), 1025 Connecticut Ave., NW Suite 705, Washington, DC 20036-5447. The proposed extension provides ARI with essential services to achieve its mission to maximize personnel readiness and combat effectiveness through advances in the behavioral and social sciences focused on personnel, training, and leader development to the U.S. Army. This notice of intent to award a sole-source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is NO solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
