- ** D--SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY** Motorola Land Mobile Radio Base System Maintenance at Ft. Jackson, SC. This is not a request for quotes or proposal! It is for informational purposes only. The information will be used to make informed acquisition decisions. Seeking small business capable of performing; Motorola Land Mobile Radio Base System Maintenance Provide 24/7 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays) maintenance support with a 4-hour on-site response time to system failures of the ASTRO 25 SmartZone digital trunking system. Under this maintenance service, the Contractor will need to provide 24/7 remote network-monitoring with the ability to restore the system remotely. The Contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, material, tools, test equipment, and other items necessary to perform troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and all operational checks and adjustments required to accomplish this service. The following items are the major components of the ASTRO 25 SmartZone trunking System Infrastructure: Central Electronics Bank (CEB), (2) Remote sites, (3) CentraCom Gold Dispatch sites. The Contractor shall monitor the network remotely and have the ability to restore the system remotely 24/7. The Contractor shall provide on-site technical response to restore the system. Technicians from the local service station will be dispatched to perform service, remove failed components for repair, and reinstall new or reconditioned components. Maintenance reports for government requested service calls will be provided no later than 10 business days after a problem has been resolved. The Contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, test equipment, tools, material, and other items necessary to perform troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and all operational checks and adjustments. The Contractor shall provide telephonic technical support within 1 hour and provide follow-on coordination telephonic support 24/7. The contractor shall provide the repair of infrastructure equipment with advance replacement. The contractor shall perform annual system preventive maintenance and analysis to keep the system working at an optimum level and at factory specifications, which will include system testing, alignment checks, and equipment cleaning procedures. The contractor shall ensure that government furnished spares/field replacement units are repaired and returned. The following equipment (by location) will be supported under the maintenance agreement. The government will provide spare or field replaceable units which are locally stored.
