- Description
- This solicitation is set aside for Serviced-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to provide all the mechanical and custodial services at George Bush International Airport, 16930 John Kennedy Blvd, Houston, TX. This contract will provide custodial and maintenance services for approximately 7,226 square feet of space for TSA at George Bush International Airport, Houston, TX. The base performance period is from June 1, 2011 through May 31, 2012 with four one-year options. This contract will be acquired utilizing SOURCE SELECTION procedures with award based on "Best Value" concept. Anticipated date to issue the request for proposal is on or about March 29, 2011 with an anticipated response date April 29, 2011. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available on FedBizOpps. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
