- THIS IS ONLY THE PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. NO ACTION IS REQUESTED NOR REQUIRED. THE COMPLETE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON OR AFTER MARCH 15, 2011, SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format ONLY and will be posted on the FedBizOpps website when available. This procurement will be issued as a SBA Certified Small Business Set-aside under NAICS code 238290 with a small business standard size of $5.0 Million. This solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside per FAR 19.502-2(b)(1). The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) utilizing FAR Part 12 & 13, commercial Items/Simplified Acquisitions General Description :The Portland Veterans Affairs Medical Center (PVAMC) has a requirement to park an additional 100 employee vehicles at the Portland campus. This is due to the closure of surface parking Lot #13 (77 parking spaces) which shall undergo construction to become a parking structure. In addition to the existing striped parking stalls at the campus, the Contractor shall direct employees to park an additional 100 vehicles at the Portland VAMC main campus. Assisted parking is intended for VA employees only. The Contractor shall not park patient, visitors, and volunteers. NOTE: Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award. Please note that this process can take up to 5 working days to complete.
