- This is a presolicitation for W912HZ-11-T-0009 for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the procurement is 811310 and the Small Business size standard is $7.0 million. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center Contracting Office, has been tasked to solicit for an Inspection, Testing, Maintenance and Repair Service contract for the Elevator, Dumb Waiter, Wheelchair and Platform Lift. A single firm fixed price contract will be awarded with a period of performance of one year and four additional option periods. All interested firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration www.bpn.gov/ccr. The Government will award resulting from the solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Experience, Availability, Past Performance and Price. Experience, Past Performance, and Availability are more important than Price.
