- The U.S. Department of Labor, OASAM / HRC seeks the services of a qualified small business to support Court Reporting Services using a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity with firm fixed-price task orders. This is a 100% Total small business set aside. The NACIS code for this requirement is 561492 Court Reporting and Stenotype Services. The size standard is 7.0 million. The period of performance expected is (1) Base Year and (4) Option Years to provide Court Reporting Services for the U.S. DOL/OASAM. DOL anticipates making only one (1) award for this requirement. This solicitation will be available on or about March 21, 2011 by close of business E.S.T. and will be distributed via the Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps/.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
