Configuration Control Applies; RFP quantitiy 11 each; Origin inspection; FOB Destination to Stock Location; Contractor First Article Testing & Production Lot Test are required. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. This RFP did not meet the requirements of FAR 32.501. Subcontracting plan does not apply.
