- The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) Acquisition Management Department, Bethesda, MD on Behalf of MAIN OPERATING ROOM intends to award to CELTIC TESHNOLOGIES INC. for industrial hygiene services at Philadelphia Naval Shipyard Period of Performance will be for April 1st until Sept 30th 2011. Urgent Requirement: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation/notice of intent for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice of intent and written notice of intent WILL NOT be issued.
