- Complete specifications for Jacket 746-731. One-time procurement of 200,015 sets of 30 tabs for a total of 6,000,450 tabs. Previously printed tab set provided as camera copy. Black ink only. Size: 9 x 11" (includes 1/2" tab in the 9" dimension). Collated tab set (30 leaves). Stock/paper: JCP Code* K10, White Index, basis size 25-1/2 x 30-1/2", basis weight 90 or 110 lb. First leaf prints face only on the body and the tab. Remaining leaves print face only on the tab only. Tabs are 1/5th cut with rounded corners (6 full banks). Drill 2 round holes, 1/4" in diameter, 2-3/4" center to center, centered in the top 8-1/2" dimension of the body of the tab, center of holes 3/8" from the top edge. Drill an additional 3 round holes, 1/4" in diameter, 4-1/4" center to center, center of holes 3/8" from the left edge. Adequate gripper margins. Shrink film wrap each set. Pack 46 tab sets per shipping container. No variation. Ships via IRS-supplied Government Bills of Lading to one address. 75,000 tab sets ship no later than April 1, 2011. Balance ships no later than April 15, 2011. MUST follow provided packing/labeling/palletizing requirements with no exceptions.
