- The Wilmington VA Medical Center Surgical Services Department has identified a need for contracted services during a clinical patient evaluation and for operating room vascular procedures. The contractor shall provide a registered vascular ultrasound technologist and dedicated ultrasound equipment for the clinic and Operating room (OR) at the Wilmington VA Medical Center (VAMC) at 1601 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington DE 19805. The contractor must provide a registered vascular technologist for one full day, (8 hours of service) in our vascular clinic, on Wednesdays at the Wilmington VAMC. The contractor will provide the ultrasound and physiological equipment as well as necesary supplies. The contractor will commit to be available in the Wilmington VAMC clinic at the exact scheduled time,, which is 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM every Wednesday, with the exception of Wednesdays which fall on a federal holiday. The ultrasound images and reports will become a part of the VA patient's medical record. This Sources Sought notice closes March 25, 2011, 4 PM eastern standard time. POC is Irene J.
