- DRAFT TECHNICAL EXHIBIT A - HISTORIAL EXAMPLES DRAFT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT 3RD INDUSTRY DAY SLIDES Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center- Fort Bragg would like to inform the US Army MCoE interested contractors that the Pre-proposal conference (3rd Industry Day) slides for the MCoE Request for Proposal (RFP) W91247-11-R-0002 is now available for viewing on https://www.fbo.gov. Additionally, an updated DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Technical Exhibit A, Historical Examples are being provided to industry.
