COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION: The USPFO for Arizona has a requirement for lodging and breakfast meals for a period of 13 nights within 10 miles of the Papago Park Military Reservation Statement of Work Arizona Army National Guard Lodging/Meals 13 March 2011 thru 26 March 2011 Pricing should be submitted on this form. Lodging: Hotel will provide the following accommodations; 15 single rooms beginning 13March 2011 (check-in) and concluding 26 March 2011 (check-out). Hotel location is to be located within a 5-10 mile radius from Papago Park Military Reservation. A rooming list will be provided at the time of the award. ALL TAXES will be INCLUDED in your room costs. 15 Single Occupancy RoomsRoom Cost (Inclusive) Per Night ______________ Total Room Cost (Inclusive) for Entire Stay(13 Room-Nights) ______________ Meals: Hotel will provide breakfast on the mornings of the 14th thru 26th of March.
