- RFQ - Attachment D RFQ - Attachment C RFQ - Attachment B RFQ - Attachment A Request for Quotation (AG-82X9-S-11-0047) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; find attachment below. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The intent of this solicitation is to obtain quotes for conducting National Visitor use surveys, analysis and reporting. The survey will assess visitor use patterns and trends, visitor perceptions of social and resource conditions, and visitor satisfaction on national forest system lands. This project area will include all San Juan Public Lands in southwest Colorado between Dove Creek and Wolf Creek. This solicitation is Set-Aside for 100% Small Business. The NAICS code for this project is 541910 and the small business size standard is $7 Million. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database located at http://www.ccr.gov in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, and must complete electronic representations and certifications at the ORCA database located at http://orca.bpn.gov. Offerors must include response to all evaluation criteria to be considered. All responsible sources may submit a quote for consideration. The Offeror should have personnel with broad experience with outdoor recreation concepts/issues, social survey methodology, basic visitor management strategies.
