- IQC11069009008, this solicitation will contain 1 NSN (3110-01-329-3291) for a BEARING,BALL,THRUST. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. This item is manufactured to a "Sourced Controlled Drawing." Approved Sources: GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY (Cage 07482) P/Ns 1461M14P04, 1461M15P04, 1461M15P06 and 1461M16P06, FAG AEROSPACE INC (Cage 36069) P/N 1461M16P06, SKF USA INC (Cage 38443) P/N 1461M14P04 and CFM INTERNATIONAL, INC (58828) P/N P/Ns 1461M14P0, 1461M15P04 and 1461M15P06. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies -Sole source (FAR 6.302-1) Unrestricted procurement. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Source. The required delivery for is 120 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one-year period with the option to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 135each per contact period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 30 each (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 240each. The minimum delivery order is 30 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 120 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 29 MAR 11 (anticipated closing date of 28 APR 11), anticipated award date is AUG 2011. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
