- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2EMSP1045A001 and this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract; the award will be made based on the lowest price. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-48. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423120. The SB size standard for this code is 100 employees. This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Businesses. CLIN 0001: Repair Vehicle Maintenance Exhaust Ventilation System • Type: Source capture exhaust system o Make: ARI-Hetra Motorized Exhaust Extraction Hose Reel o Model: 772-212 custom-built 42 foot hose reel. ***Please reference attached Statement of work for detailed requirement *** Please include New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax in your quoted price.
