- J&A BRAND NAME COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes to goe.stephanie@dol.gov. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-48; January 31, 2011. There is a 100% Small Business set-aside for this procurement. The associated NAICS code is 423690. The small business size standard is 100 Employees'. DELIVERY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN PRICE. BOSTON DELIVERY BY 21 MARCH. SAN FRAN DELIVERY BY 1 APRIL. DOL WILL ACCEPT QUOTES WITH PHONES AND CORDS PRICED SEPARATELY AS WRITTEN BELOW OR BY PHONE/CORD BUNDLES.
