- a. This amendment 0002 to the solicitation for General Purpose Instrumentation Vans (GPIV) Trailers and Shelters is issued to make the following changes: 1. Provide answers to questions received in response to the solicitation. 2. Exhibit A, Line Item Unit Pricing, Attachment 1-Sample Delivery Order 1, Attachment 2-Sample Delivery Order 2, Attachment 3-Sample Delivery Order 3 have been revised to remove "cost" and replace with "price". The Table of Contents has been revised to reflect document changes. Revised documents can be found on the following MICC Center-Yuma website: http://www.yuma.army.mil/site_contracting.asp 3. Identify notice issued on 23 February 2011 for the issuance of the solicitation/Request for Proposal (RFP) as amendment 0001. 4.
