- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) SLICE NANO Bridge, Qty 4; 2) SLICE NANO Base, Qty 5; 3) Li-ion Battery, Qty 3; 4) Li-ion Battery Charger, Qty 1; 5) SLICE NANO Stack Battery, Qty 6; 6) SLICE Sensor Assembly, Qty 12; 7) SLICE NANO Base Cable Kit, Qty 1; 8) SLICE End-of-Chain Terminal, Qty 5; 9) Power Cable Molex to Pigtail, Qty 3. This requirement is sole sourced to Diversified Technical Systems, Inc., 909 Electric Ave., Ste 206, Seal Beach, CA 90740 as the only vendor able to provide these parts which are compatible with existing equipment. Any firms believing that they can provide the specific materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
