- PR# W11M911061061 Special Notice - Sole Source # W91ZRS-11-Q-0015 NAICS: 334220 The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Rockwell Collins, INC. 400 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids, IA. 52498-0001: for circuit card MB receivers, toggle switches and panel lighting. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. All qualified sources must respond in writing not later than 6:00 PM, March 21st, 2010.
