- The Government intends to procure IN-PERSON, non-personal, Interpreter and Translator services (both verbal and written), on-site, at the medical treatment facility (MTF), Tripler Army Medical Center, and Schofield Barracks, Acute Care Clinic. The primary languages are Japanese, Spanish, Korean and Vietnamese. The languages are not all inclusive. 1. Required experience of the translator includes but is not limited to: a) Must be able to read, write and verbally translate the needed language of the Tripler patient. b) Must have two years of medical or legal terminology for each translator. c) Must have two years of translating experience for each needed language. It should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government to issue a solicitation. TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED.
