- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for a Yellow Ribbon event: April 6-10 2011. It is anticipated to be 550 rooms. The Hotel must be within 25 miles of Downtown Anaheim, CA. The Hotels must be rated 3-star or Higher by the guest ratings at www. Hotels.com. Full details will be provided in the solicitation. Solicitation will be available on or about 15 MARCH 2011. Proposals are due Tuesday, 22 MARCH at 11:30 am (PST). This acquisition is Unrestricted with no set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 721110. Performance period is 6-10 APRIL 2011. The MICC-West reserves the right to do multiple (split) awards by date, however it will be awarded to a facility who has the capability to handle the anticipated 900+ guests per event. Solicitation W9124N-11-T-0042 will be available on or about 15 MARCH 2011 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (https://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). For information on how to register your company on FBO, to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation, please reference the FBO Vendor Guide located on the FBO web site home page. NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (www.ccr.gov), prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
