- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-11-R-1316, IQC11031009050, 5365-01-068-5752, Shim. Unit of issue is package of 50 each. Solicitation is 100% SBSA, Full and Open Competition after exclusion of a source. Weapons code is 42F and the end item is Aircraft, T-38. Non-Commercial and is not CSI. Export control applies. Critical application applies. In accordance with drawing number 07482 P1TF10. Surge and sustainment is not required. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 3,486 packages. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only is 872 packages. The minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and option years is 872 packages. The maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 3,486 packages. The maximum annual contract for the base year and each option year quantity is 6,972 packages. The Requested delivery is 168 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS).
