- Layout of the site where the Carnival rides will be setup on Kapaun Air Station. Overview of Solicitation Solicitation package to include: Signature Page, Schedule, Special Provisions, Statement of Work, General Provisions, & Instructions to Offerors. Concessionaire contract for 86th Force Support Squadron to operate a 1-Day Carnival on Kapaun Air Station on 2 July 2011. Please send completed solicitation NO LATER THAN 7 APRIL 2011, 1700 hrs CET.
