- The project description should read: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25405 requires prime contractor construction services for 613-10-214 to Renovate Building 407B. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Subpart 14 for the renovation of existing space. Bids will be accepted from small business prime contractors in accordance with NAICS Code 236220 small business size standard $33.5 million. The estimated construction price range is $500,000 and $1,000,000. Solicitation documents will be available for download on or about March 25, 2011. in lieu of Presolicitation Notice posted on 3/8/11.
