- Description
- The purpose of this task shall provide for ALR-56 System/Software Services (SSS) Support. The contractor shall provide all necessary resources required to accomplish and/or support this task, including facilities, equipment, software, and data/databases. The contractor shall identify any government property required to accomplish this task. For purposes hereof, the terms retain(ed)/maintain(ed) shall equate to fully serviceable and most current USAF-approved configuration. This requirement will be sole source to BAE Systems, 100 Campus Road #1, Totowa, NJ 07512, CAGE CODE 81413, under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(C) (1), Justification: "Supplies or services are available from only one or a limited number of sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements ". This contract will be for a basic 18 month period plus one 18 month option year. This task will not be solicited publicly. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Security clearance will be required of all bidders/offerors. All interested parties should contact the buyer/PCO identified herein for additional information. Numbered notes 22 & 26 apply.
