- Drawing CS Specifications 362575-11-A-0023 Drawing A2.0 Return Package 362575-11-A-0023 Drawing A1.0 Solicitation Package 362575-11-A-0023 The Postal Service plans to issue a Fixed Price Contract to complete Phase II Roof Replacement work of approximately 117,060 square feet at the Scranton Processing and Distribution Facility, located at 2800 Stafford Avenue, Scranton, PA. All work will be done in accordance with USPS approved specifications and drawings. The estimated cost of the project is between $900,000 and $1,200,000 with construction completion within 105 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Contractors must submit a Qualification Statement with their price proposal. Only the most qualified contractors will be considered. To be considered the company must be financially capable, have a minimum of five years total experience in roof replacement projects, and have completed two comparable projects within the past five years, one of which may be ongoing. Comparable projects are defined as similar in scope and cost. The Qualification Statements will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria stated, in the following order of preference: experience/performance and capabilities. The price proposals for only the the most qualified contractors will be considered. The Postal Service will select the offeror that provides the best value to the Postal Service. A PRE PROPOSAL MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THE SITE (POST OFFICE LOBBY) ON THURSDAY, MARCH 31, 2011, AT 9:00 A.M. ATTENDANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The SOLICITATION PACKAGE is being provided on the website www.fbo.gov. However, you may also obtain the package after March 10, 2011, from Duncan Parnell by PH 336-855-1211, by FAX 336-855-8868, or by email to tomh@duncan-parnell.com or heinzs@duncan-parnell.com. The preferred method of payment is by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, or American Express will be accepted). Provide your credit card number and reference the solicitation number in your request.
