- The US Army Contracting Command (ACC) Picatinny, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source effort with SAP Government Support and Services, Inc, 3809 West Chester Pike, Suite 200, Newtown Square, PA 19073. This acquisition is being conducted using simplified acquisition procedures; however, responsible offerors may submit a capability statement, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 541519 and the small business size standard is $25.00. The Government has a need to purchase annual software license maintenance for SAP with Secure Enterprise Support and Enterprise Support for ARIS that are in operation within the ARDEC enterprise community. In addition, annual maintenance updates for custom configured previously procured and installed user licenses that are in place. Product Description Professional User (1380) (Quantity:1400) Unlimited Professional User (20) Employee Users (Quantity: 1800) Maintenance for Adobe Interactive Forms (Quantity: 3000) Annual OSS Fees Annual Recurring Enterprise Support for ARIS SAP Business Server and Publisher by IDS License Level for Server User (1 -25) License Level for Publisher Viewers (1-50) SAP Enterprise Modeling by IDS Scheer (2) SAP Business Designer by IDS Scheer (10) The period of performance will be for one (1) base year and three (3) additional option years for a total of four (4) years.
