- Description
- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a contract to provide for engineering services necessary to support the AN/ALQ-135 Internal Countermeasures Set (ICS). Contract shall include an 18 month basic period of performance, one in-year option with a period of performance of 18 months, and one out-year (annual) option with a period of performance of 18 months. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Northrop Grumman Corp, Warner Robins, GA, CAGE: 1LTU5, under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Justification: services are available from only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
