- The Army Contracting Command- National Capital Region (ACC-NCR), on behalf of the Information Technology Division of the OTJAG intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304c(b)(2) as implemented in FAR 16.505(2)(ii) and DFARS 215.505-70(b)(2): Only one awardee, ImmixTechnology, Inc 8444 Westpark Drive, Suite 200, McLean, VA 22102, is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services ordered are unique or highly specialized. ImmixTechnology, Inc will provide the continued maintenance and support for IBM LOTUS. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted. This notice expires at 4:00 pm on March 10, 2011.
