- The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Dow Jones and Company, Inc. for the renewal of Dow Jones Newswires services. The period of performance is for twelve months. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. No RFQ will be issued.
