- Amendment A002 Revised PWS Amendment A002 Revised Instructions and Evaluation Amendment A002 Solicitation number SB1341-11-RQ-0130 The purpose of this amendment is to provide a response to a question received, and to amend the PWS and the Instructions and Evaluations section of the solicitation. Below is a question that was received, with its response. Question 1: The solicitation states the resumes should be submitted as part of Volume 1. Is it acceptable to give a synopsis of the resumes in Volume 1 and include the actual resumes as an attachment? The narrative of the proposal will be broken up, if I include the resumes in the body of the document. Response 1: Yes, it is acceptable to include the actual resumes as an attachment to Volume I. The PWS and Instructions and Evaluations have been revised to incorporate the following change: In the original PWS, in section III, Phase II, it was stated that the NIST TIC would select the 2 contractor personnel to work the Pilot Information Extraction task. This is modified to show that the contractor shall propose the 2 contractor personnel to work the Pilot Information Extraction task in Phase II. The following sections of the PWS have been modified: Section III Specific Tasks, Phase II and Phase III; Section IV Deliverables and Reports, Phase II. Please see the attached document entitled Amendment A002 revised PWS for the most recently revised PWS. The document entitled "Amendment A002 Revised PWS" shall now be used as the official Performance Work Statement for Solicitation number SB1341-11-RQ-0130. The Instructions and Evaluations section has been revised to show this change as well. The instructions for Volume I, B- Technical Approach have been updated to state that "The Offeror shall identify the 2 contractor personnel that they have selected to work the Pilot Information Extraction Task in Phase II, which is detailed in the PWS. These 2 contractor personnel that are selected by the Offeror shall only work 5 topics in Phase III, as opposed to 6 topics, as detailed in the PWS." Furthermore, the instructions for Volume II of the Offeror's quotation have been updated to incorporate these changes. Please see the attachment entitled "Amendment A002 Revised Instructions and Evaluations" for the amended instructions for quotation preparation and submission, and evaluation factors for award. The document entitled "Amendment A002 Revised Instructions and Evaluation" shall now be used as the official Instructions and Evaluation for Solicitation number SB1341-11-RQ-0130. END OF TEXT.
