- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Janitorial Services Recruiting Station - The Janitorial Contractor (JC), shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation and other items necessary to perform janitorial services. Janitorial service applies to all designated spaces, including, but not limited to, halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, common areas, test rooms and storage rooms. See Appendix A for Statement of Work and all Wyoming locations, Rock Springs and Casper.
