Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT SFO 0CA2907 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Riverside Delineated Area: Within two blocks of the Bankruptcy Court North: 6th Street South: 13th Street East: Lime Street West: Market Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,800 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): 1 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: - Office space must be located on the 2nd floor or above - Within 2 blocks of public transportation - The building shall have a secure lobby - A separate entrance from the public corridor is required fro the office/support space, and the meeting room suite Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Indicate whether or not quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvement and state the amount, if any; - Date of space availability; - Method of rentable space measurement; - Building ownership information; - Amount of parking available on site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rates include the cost of the required Government parking, if any; - Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; and - List of building services provided. - Provide column spacing for both, X and Y axis. - Distance to nearest public parking (excluding metered parking).
