- Draft Equipment List/Moving Parts Rapid Response Trailor Draft Specifications The U.S. Department of State is conducting market research to identify potential suppliers for the attached requirements. Any offeror that can meet or exceed the requirements as stated in the attachments one and two of this notice are encouraged to send in information as requested below: The Government is requesting information in the form of proposed technical qualifications from interested manufacturers for this market survey. Interested firms should submit an email package no later than 21 March 2011 to Vincent J. Sanchez, email address sanchezvj@state.gov. The following information should be part of the response email notice of interest: Contractor name; Dunn and Bradstreet Number, Cage Code and Headquarters address; Point of contact with telephone number and email address; Size of business; and country represented in which manufacturing takes place; All submittals should include at least three (3) points of contact from Government or other types of law enforcement agencies, or firms that have purchased your firm's trailors or solutions in the past or currently use your firm's solution; All package submittals should include pictures of the most recent trailers or similar solutions previously offered to other customers that would meet this requirement. In addition, we would like all offerors to self-certify whether or not any of the trailors or solutions offered can be supported with a Certificate of Origin for a Vehicle for the trailor(s) or solution offered should the Government need it in the future. This market research is for information and planning purposes only, and does not constitute a Request for Proposal. This Market Research is not to be construed as a commitment by the US Government. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a solicitation notice will be published. No award will be made as a result of this Market Research. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. Respondents will not be notified of the results of this survey.
