- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION. NO FURTHER SOLICIATION WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Q9796110010 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. (iv) This procurement is being issued as Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 441310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7. Million. (v) The contractor shall provide the following items: 1. Cheetah 23.5 Extension Slide Container chassis, or equal. Must carry one 20 ft ISO Container (Van or Flat) Meets all DOT, TOFC, AAR, FMVSS, ANSI, SAE and TTMA specifications in effect at the time of manufacture and applicable to operation in the United States. The chassis must be of new construction and all parts new as well. 2. ISO Container Flat 20', to make the trailer into a flatbed when not used as a container van hauler. Function designed to fit on above Chassis, Meets all DOT, TOFC, AAR, FMVSS, ANSI, SAE, and TTMA specifications in effect at the time of manufacture and applicable to operation in the United States. F.O.B. Destination to: National Park Service, Borough Dock, Naknek, AK 99613 The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at, 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
