Description

SOLICITATION NO. F11PS00459 PROJECT TITLE: Two Rivers NWR Office Maintenance Building Repairs PROJECT LOCATION: U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Region 3, Two Rivers National Wildlife Refuge, HC 82, Box 107 (Hagen Road), Brussels, IL 62013-9711 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of providing superintendence, labor, materials, equipment and installation necessary to remove and replace portions of the existing maintenance building to include the roof system, all flashings and accessories, gutters and downspouts, siding, and windows. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is a set-aside for small business. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238160, Roofing Contractors, with a size standard of $14 Million. The Solicitation Package will be available via electronic commerce at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about March 25, 2011 with Quotes due on or about April 25, 2011. The Solicitation Package will include the following: An itemized Schedule, Scope of Work, Drawings, and Prevailing Wage Determination. Please ensure you have a complete downloaded Solicitation Package before submitting your Quote. It is the Contractor's responsibility to ensure that they receive all appropriate solicitation documents. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov to be eligible for award.
