- Mission & Installation Contracting Command, 9610 Jackson Loop, Suite 101, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060, intends to award a sole source Bridge contract to The Ravens Group Inc., 4640 Forbes Blvd. STE 300, Lanham, MD., 20706-1894, for Attendant and Escort Services. The period of performance for this action is 01 April 2011 through 30 September 2011. The sole source procurement is pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (iii) (B) due to Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC). The North American Classification Code (NAICS) 812220 applies. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. If you feel your firm can provide these services, please submit a capabilities statement by 12:00 pm EST, 14 April 2011. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. The government may consider all capability statements received.
