- This project is a request for quote to connect an existing pad mounted engine generator to a new (contractor provided) automatic transfer switch and existing electrical panels at Curlew Job Corps Center, located near Curlew, Washington. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database located at http://www.ccr.gov and must have completed electronic representations and certifications on the ORCA database located at http://orca.bpn.gov to be considered responsible. All other requirements are included in the solicitation, which shall be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website for downloading. The performance period is 30 calendar days. The NAICS code is 238210. The small business size standard is $14 million. This project is 100% Set-aside for Small Business. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or fax requests for the solicitation will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Proposals can be submitted directly from the information provided in the solicitation package as posted.
