- The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to extend a sole source purchase order to Institutional Investor News for the renewal of its site license for Compliance Reporter during the period of May 1, 2011 through April 30, 2011, subject to the availability of funds. Institutional Investor News is the only known source for these services. No solicitation is available and telephone calls will not be accepted. Interested sources may contact the Contracting Officer in writing. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the CFTC.
