- This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation for one NSN. This IQC will consist of the following NSN: 1560-01-182-7972, Valve Poppet, Fuel. Three Approved Sources (CAGE 04192) Rogerson ATS IAW part number 32400-137, (76301) The Boeing Company IAW part number 74B550053-101 and (CAGE 96124) Transdigm Inc IAW part number 716100-113. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order. No Surge. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, in 12-month increments, duration of contract period 5 years. Estimated Annual Demand is 171 each. Possible stock locations include but are not limited to: Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Origin Inspection is required. This item is Configuration Control. This procurement is being solicited as unrestricted. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is March 14, 2011. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about April 14, 2011.
